15-Gauge Galvanized Steel
Don’t settle for retail-grade 18-gauge tubing. Our frames use 150guage steel that is 30% thicker, providing maximum crush resistance against heavy snow and strong winds.
Oval Structural Profile
Our 1-⅜” x 2-⅝” oval profile offers better strength than round or square tubing, it is the same idea as a double I beam, but with no sharp edges to damage your cover. This profile provides rigid structural integrity.
4-Foot Arch Spacing
We don’t cut corners. Our truss arches are spaced at a tight 48-52 inches, significantly increasing load capacity compared to the industry standard 5- 6 foot spacing
